Customer reviews are definitely mixed when it comes to the Bissell Big Green Machine 7700. With a price that ranges from $260-$350 it seems as though the vacuum has failed to live up to many people's expectations.

A one- year limited warranty does nothing to brighten the picture for this Bissell appliance.

In our experience these issues with many types of carpet cleaning machines exist because they try to incorporate too many tasks into one machine. One day someone will master it, as James Dyson did with the bagless vacuum cleaner.
